A total of eight candidates filed to run for three Liberty Public Schools Board of Education positions that will be decided on in the April 4, 2023, election. 

Longtime Board member Kim-Marie Graham will not be seeking reelection when her term ends in April.

The other two terms that end in April are those of AJ Byrd and Angie Reed. Both will seek reelection.
