    Dr. Rosemary Camp

    As the Principal of Liberty North High School, Dr. Camp is committed to structuring quality learning opportunities for all students.  She is in her first year as Principal and 29th year as an educator.  Her previous experiences include teaching dual credit chemistry and serving as an Assistant Principal.  Dr. Camp also coached Scholar Bowl at both Liberty North and Liberty High School, earning two state championships as a Blue Jay and several district championships as an Eagle.   

    Dr. Camp grew up in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and is a graduate of Westside High School.  She attended Arkansas State University on a Trustee’s Scholarship and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology Education.  Dr. Camp earned her Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Arkansas State University and her Educational Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri - Kansas City.  Dr. Camp’s Doctoral Degree is from William Woods University in Educational Leadership. 

    When she is not at school, Dr. Camp enjoys reading, traveling, watching movies, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.  In addition to the Liberty North Eagles, her favorite sports teams are the Chiefs and the Royals.

  • Dr. Brandon McCoy

    Assistant Principal

    Dr. McCoy is excited to begin his fifth year at Liberty North High School. He brings experience as an educator in the Excelsior Springs School District, Raymore-Peculiar School District, and North Kansas City School District.Dr. McCoy received his Bachelor of Music Education from Missouri Western State University. He holds a Master of Education and Specialist Degree, both in secondary administration, and his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from William Woods University. 

    Dr. McCoy is a native of Kansas City, where he currently resides with his wife and three children. When he’s away from school, he enjoys mountain biking and coaching his children in youth sports. He is a huge fan of Kurt Vonnegut books and Wes Anderson films, and of course, the Chiefs!

  • Mr. Josh Baldwin

    Mr. Baldwin is beginning his 11th year in education, all of which he has served in the Liberty School District.  He began his teaching career at Alexander Doniphan Elementary School.  In the fall of 2015 Mr. Baldwin made the move to Liberty North High School to teach social studies. During his time at Liberty North, Mr. Baldwin piloted two innovation instructional programs, Humanities and North Nation by Design, and served as an Administrative Intern for one year.

    Prior to working in education, Mr. Baldwin worked in the non-profit sector of Kansas City serving as the Director of Recruitment for a local agency for two years.  In 2016 Mr. Baldwin graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a Masters in Education degree in Educational Leadership.

    When he is not at school Mr. Baldwin enjoys spending time with his four kids, Sutton (11), Reagan (9), Magnolia (we call her Noli for short) (7), Connally (5) and his wife Meghan.  As a family, they love to travel and are partial to hiking the mountains of Montana and enjoying the sunshine of Florida.  Mr. Baldwin also enjoys cooking and eating good food with family and friends.

  • Dr. Lee Allen

    Dr. Lee Allen believes that raising student achievement, valuing and supporting faculty and staff, and living the mission and vision of the Liberty Public Schools, serves as the foundation of Liberty North High School student success.  A native of Kansas City, MO, Dr.  Allen brings to Liberty North a total of 23 years of experience in education as a teacher, coach, and administrator.  Dr. Allen earned his bachelor's degree in Engineering from Virginia State University, his Master's and Education Specialist from the University of Missouri - Kansas City, and his Doctorate of Education from the University of Kansas.  Dr. Allen is the proud father of three wonderful children, Lee Jr., Haley, and Elijah.

  • Dr. Stacie Syler

    Dr. Stacie Syler is excited to continue her educational journey as she starts her first year at Liberty North High School.  She is entering her 21st year in education, with 18 of those years serving as an administrator.  Dr. Syler received her bachelor’s degree in Family Consumer Science and her Master’s, Educational Specialist, and Doctorate of Education degrees from William Woods University.

    Dr. Syler and her family have been members of the Liberty community for the past 12 years.  She is a proud mother of two boys, Austin and Chase, and wife to Garret.  Outside of school, she enjoys attending her kids' activities, traveling and supporting the Chiefs. She is excited to bring her instructional knowledge to the staff at Liberty North and her compassion and care to the students.

  •    Mr. Lane Green

    Mr. Lane Green enters his fourth year at Liberty North with 29 years of experience in athletic administration; most recently the District Director of Athletics for the Blue Valley School District in Overland Park. A native of the Kansas City area, Mr. Green received his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas where he served as a student manager for the men’s basketball team. He received his teaching certification from Avila University, Master’s in Education from the University of St. Mary, and Certification in School Leadership from Baker University. 

    A former high school basketball coach, Mr. Green has served on the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) Board of Directors, the NFHS Hall of Fame Selection Committee, and as President of the Kansas Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association. He has served as a presenter for the NAIA Champions of Character Program and presented workshops at the National Athletic Directors Conference on numerous occasions. 

    When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and watching the Jayhawks, Chiefs and Royals. Mr. Green and his wife, Susan, have two children – Joe (22) and Susie (20).
