  • We want to make sure you know that any emotion you're feeling right now, whether it be sad, angry, confused or happy, is valid & it's okay to feel that way.

    Remember to reach out if you need help or just want to talk. 

    Following these simple tips daily/weekly can help build strong mental health.

  • 1. Get Social

    And we're not talking about social media. Look someone in the eye and have a conversation!

  • 2. Exercise

    You've got to move it, move it. Aim for 30 min of exercise, 3 times per week!

  • 3. Bring on the Sunshine

    Take time to be outside and get your daily dose of vitamin D.

  • 4. Don't DWELL on negative thoughts

    Negative thoughts happen. Accept that and let it go!

  • 5. Eat Omega 3s

    Hello fish, flaxseed, walnuts and eggs! A healthy diet with Omega 3s is so good for the brain.

  • 6. Get your ZZZs

    Lack of sleep leads to all kinds of health issues. Make sleep a priority.
